Catrina Blount

Catrina Blount is definitely one sent by God.  Catrina is an anointed and powerful vessel who has allowed God to guide and direct her life.  God has gifted her in many ways.  His calling is sure upon her life, and God uses her in the gifts of teaching, prophecy, and healing.  She is also an anointed singer and psalmist and loves to praise and worship the Lord. 

Catrina was saved at the age of 17, and served in her local church, Living Word Tabernacle Assembly of God Church, in a variety of capacities from that time until she married and united with Livingston Memorial Church of God in Christ.  She remained there until her divorce and God's intervention led her to The Rock Ministries International. 

Catrina proved herself a faithful servant of the Lord as an active member of The Rock Ministries International, Humble, Texas, under the leadership of Bishop David and Pastor Shelia Pittman, from 1998 to 2010.  She was licensed as a Minister by The Rock Ministries and the Unity Alliance Fellowship of Churches in 2000.  Living into her vision, Catrina was later ordained as an Evangelist and then as an Elder by The Rock Ministries and the Unity Alliance.  Catrina’s ministry experience enables her to reach a diverse audience with the gospel of Christ.

Catrina desires to help people excel to higher levels in ministry.  She is anointed to teach with balance and revelation.  She takes great joy in ministering to anyone who will listen.  She has a unique and direct approach of getting listeners' attention and assisting them to overcome their hang-ups and move forward into their God-given destiny.  Catrina’s goal is to be an encourager to all she comes in contact with. 

Catrina was given the vision for her speaking and writing ministry, Eternal Value Ministries, as a direct result of her ministry at The Rock. It was through TRMI, as it is known, that she became fully aware of the need to teach and emphasize eternal values in the face of a rapidly changing world.  It was also through TRMI that Catrina enrolled in the Living Stones Bible Institute to increase her biblical knowledge and effectiveness in ministry.

Not only is Catrina gifted in  ministry but she is a poet and writer as well.  Her books are currently available at http://www.lulu.com/cjblount.  She is available for conferences, revivals, and workshops of all types, and is frequently called upon in her secular employment to provide inspiration and motivation to employees.  She is an often-requested speaker at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, SC, which is operated by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Catrina holds certificates in Foundational Church Ministries and Standard Church Ministries from the Living Stones Bible Institute.  She is also a student of the University of Phoenix, where she is pursuing her Associate's Degree in Communications.

Catrina currently resides in Katy, Texas, with her loving husband, Darryl.  She is the mother of one, and the grandmother of two.  Catrina is a dedicated civil servant with over 18 years of experience with the federal government.  Catrina is also an Independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and an aspiring entrepreneur with a vision to become a Christian clothier for both women and men.
